  • Communication with driver during execution of transport orders:
    • Order Chat. Each order has its own internal chat room where communication with the driver takes place.
    • Sending statuses. The driver will be able to send statuses as the order progresses (started the trip, arrived, completed, etc.). When completing the task, the driver will need to take a photo of the documents, without this he will not be able to complete the task.
    • Sending photos. The driver can send photos that will automatically be attached to the order immediately, and you will only need to approve them.
    • Notifications. The user who has added an order to the system will receive notifications about new messages, statuses and photos from the driver.

Integration with Poczta Polska simplifies and automates the process of sending documents, including invoices, to your contractors. How does it work?

1. Selecting invoices for shipment. You can simply select the invoices you want to send to your contractor. The entire dispatch process starts directly in the SmartCP system.

2. Automatic label generation. The system automatically generates postal labels, which can be downloaded in PDF format and printed immediately. There’s no need to visit additional platforms - all labels are ready in one place.

3. Monitoring the status of shipments. Thanks to the integration, you can track your parcels in real-time. The system keeps you informed at all stages - from dispatch, transit, to delivery.

4. Automatic transfer of shipment data. Postal information is automatically transferred to the Poczta Polska system, eliminating the need to enter data manually. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors.

5. Delivery confirmation and invoice updates. The ability to automatically update invoice statuses. Upon parcel delivery, the system:

It's absolutely not a problem. In most cases, external providers offer integration options (API, data exchange, or other connection methods) for their customers.

You simply need to contact the technical support of the service You are using (we’ll gladly assist You with this) and request information about available integration options. Once You receive the technical details, please share them with SmartCP support at support@smartcp.org, and we will take care of the rest
