[Finances: Costs] Added a compact summary showing cost totals, invoice assignments, and counts of paid, partially paid and unpaid costs for the selected period

[Finances: Costs] Moved statistics to a separate window with independent period selection and charts covering 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months

[Finances: Invoices] Fixed JPK_FA export structure and invoice data, added file validation and clearer errors, and updated filenames to use the selected branch
