[Dispo-Plan] Trailer popovers now display the trailer's production year

[Personnel] Added new data fields: Identification document number and Employment

[Forwarding: Orders] Fixed validation so the system no longer blocks a serial number already used in another branch

[Drivers] Driver's license number and driver card ID fields were moved from Personnel to Drivers and can be enabled in the column preferences

[Drivers/Personnel: Documents] A document’s end date can now be marked as indefinite
