Saved Filters: Save Time on Daily Workflows

Hello, SmartCP users,

We have added a new Saved filters feature to SmartCP Logistics to make daily work with transport orders, forwarding orders, invoices, and payments faster and more consistent.

Filtering is one of the most common actions in a transport management system. Dispatchers, freight forwarders, accounting teams, and managers often return to the same views every day: open transport orders, orders for selected countries, unpaid invoices, specific customers, or payment lists for a selected part of the business. With Saved filters, these views can now be saved and opened again with one click.

What’s New?

  • Saved filters are now available for Orders, Forwarding orders, Invoices, and Order Payments.
  • Users can click Save current filters to store the filter setup they are currently using.
  • The saved view is available from the new Saved button in the filters section.
  • Saved filters can be private or shared with other users.
  • Existing saved filters can be updated using Update with current filters.
  • For Order Payments, saved filters are separated between transport and forwarding views, so each team can keep the right context for its workflow.

Faster Work With Orders and Forwarding

Transport companies often need to check the same operational segments again and again: selected customers, branches, statuses, users, countries, locations, post codes, payment states, or tags. Instead of rebuilding these filters manually every time, users can now save the setup once and reuse it whenever needed.

This helps dispatching teams and freight management teams move faster through daily logistics operations, especially when working with large order lists or multiple departments inside one transport business.

Saved Views for Invoices

The same saved-filter logic is now available in Invoices. Accounting teams can quickly return to common invoice views, such as unpaid invoices, overdue invoices, selected branches, currencies, customers, delivery statuses, or invoice types.

For logistics software users who manage invoicing inside their TMS software, this reduces repetitive clicks and keeps financial follow-up more organized.

Separate Saved Filters for Order Payments

Order Payments now supports saved filters with separate contexts for transport and forwarding. This means a payment filter used for transport orders does not interfere with a forwarding payment view.

This separation is especially useful for companies that manage both fleet management and forwarding operations in SmartCP Logistics. Each team can keep its own saved payment views while still working in one connected transport management system.

Shared Filters for Team Consistency

Saved filters can also be shared with other users. This is useful when a company wants dispatchers, freight forwarders, accountants, or managers to use the same predefined views.

For example, a team lead can prepare a standard view for urgent transport orders, unpaid invoices, or forwarding payments, then share it with the team. This makes daily logistics operations more consistent and easier to manage.

Why This Matters

  • Less time spent rebuilding the same filters every day.
  • Faster access to important transport orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Better consistency across teams and departments.
  • Cleaner workflows for dispatching, freight management, accounting, and management users.
  • More efficient daily work inside SmartCP Logistics as a transport management system.

Summary

The new Saved filters feature is a practical improvement for transport companies that work with large amounts of operational and financial data. It helps users save time, reduce repetitive actions, and keep important logistics software views ready for daily use.

This update makes SmartCP Logistics more comfortable for everyday TMS software workflows, from transport orders and forwarding to invoices and payments.
