We’re excited to introduce a Fleet reporting and analytics update in SmartCP, designed to give you clearer insight into service operations, repair costs, maintenance planning, and work activity across your vehicles and trailers.
With this release, we have expanded reporting in three important areas of the system:
- Fleet - Work Planning
- Fleet - Repairs
- Fleet - Maintenances
We have also extended the new reporting approach to the Trailers module, so users can analyze trailer repairs and trailer maintenances with the same consistent and user-friendly experience.
What’s New?
1. Work Planning Activity Report
In the Work Planning module, users can now generate a dedicated Activity Report for a selected period.
The report can include:
- Repairs
- Maintenances
- Custom activities
Available views and sections include:
- activity totals
- cost summary
- duration summary
- vehicle breakdown
- maintenance categories
- export for detailed sections
This gives operations teams and fleet managers a fast way to understand what was happening in the fleet during a selected time range.
2. Repairs Reports for Fleet and Trailers
We have added new Repairs Report tools to both the Fleet and Trailers modules.
These reports include sections such as:
- summary
- vehicle or trailer breakdown
- places
- top expensive repairs
- trend analysis
- top vehicles / trailers charts
With this, users can quickly identify:
- which vehicles or trailers generate the highest repair costs
- where repairs are happening most often
- which repairs had the biggest financial impact
- how repair activity changes over time
3. Maintenances Reports for Fleet and Trailers
We have also introduced new Maintenances Report tools for both vehicles and trailers.
These reports include:
- summary
- vehicle or trailer breakdown
- categories
- places
- top expensive maintenances
- upcoming / overdue maintenances
- visual status and trend charts
In addition, maintenance categories can be reviewed in different breakdown views, helping users better understand service frequency, recurring maintenance areas, future service priorities, and overall maintenance trends.

1. Better Control Over Fleet Costs. Instead of reviewing repairs and maintenances one by one, users can now quickly analyze total service activity and identify the most expensive areas across the fleet.
2. Faster Operational Analysis. With built-in report sections, chart-based overviews, and flexible period selection, meaningful insights can now be generated in seconds.
3. Better Planning and Prevention. The new Scheduled / Overdue maintenance view helps teams react earlier and reduce the risk of missed service intervals.
4. More Management Visibility. These reports make it easier for managers and company owners to compare vehicles and trailers, monitor service performance, and support decisions with clear operational data.
5. Visual Analytics at a Glance. Trend charts, top vehicle views, and category-based summaries help users understand patterns faster without having to manually analyze raw tables.
6. Flexible Period Selection. All new reports support convenient period filtering, including:
- Current Month
- Previous Month
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 90 Days
- Custom Period
7. Export. Detailed report sections can also be exported to Excel, making it easier to share information internally, prepare management summaries, or continue analysis outside the system.
