As the owner and founder of SmartCP, we are proud to announce that SmartCP is now officially a division and brand under our newly registered company, SmartAction.
This strategic move is part of our ongoing commitment to elevate your experience with SmartCP and to streamline our operations for better efficiency and service delivery.
By consolidating our offerings under SmartAction, we aim to provide you with a more cohesive and integrated solution, backed by the same dedication to excellence that you have come to expect from SmartCP.
A little about the changes that have already been made:
Payment optimization
Going forward, all payments related to SmartCP products subscriptions will be seamlessly handled by SmartAction.
This change is designed to simplify billing processes, providing a more straightforward and direct method for your transactions.
Currently, we support traditional bank transfer as the payment method. However, we are excited to share that in the future, we will be introducing faster and more convenient payment options, including automated online payments.
Ordering System
Moving forward, as your account approaches its expiry date, you will receive a timely alert within the system. This alert will empower you to generate a personalized order, complete with clear payment instructions.
Once the payment for this order is successfully processed, an invoice will be issued and promptly sent to you. This streamlined approach ensures a more efficient and user-friendly account renewal process.
"Billing" Section
To provide you with greater transparency and accessibility, we have added a dedicated 'Billing' section to your customer account. Here, you can conveniently view and track all your invoices and orders in one centralized location.
This user-friendly interface aims to simplify your financial interactions with SmartCP, allowing you to stay informed about your account's financial history effortlessly.
We want to inform that with the recent transition of SmartCP to become a division and brand under SmartAction, there have been corresponding updates to our 'Legal information' page.
As of 23.11.2023 (dd.mm.yyyy), the legal entity responsible for SmartCP and its software products is SmartAction.io Sp. z o.o.
