Trademark Policy

Introduction

This Trademark Policy defines the proper and permitted use of SmartCP trademarks, brand assets, and related identifiers.

“SmartCP” and the SmartCP visual identity are legally protected trademarks owned by SmartAction.io Sp. z o.o.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure consistent, accurate, and legal use of our trademarks, protect our brand reputation, and prevent misuse.

Our Trademarks

The following names, logos, and marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of SmartAction.io (collectively, “SmartCP Marks”):

• SmartCP / Smart Control Panel
• SmartCP™ logo
• Product module names and icons
• SmartAction.io corporate logo
• Any additional marks developed and used by SmartAction.io

All other trademarks appearing in our materials are the property of their respective owners.

Ownership and Protection

SmartCP Marks are protected under applicable trademark laws and international conventions.

Unauthorized use of any SmartCP Marks may result in legal action, including injunctions, monetary damages, and recovery of legal costs.

SmartCP monitors and enforces trademark usage across all digital and physical platforms.

Permitted Use of SmartCP Trademarks

You may use SmartCP Marks only if:

• You are an authorized customer, partner, reseller, or licensee
• You have a written agreement with SmartCP
• You comply with this Trademark Policy and any Brand Guidelines

Permitted uses include:

• Referring to your licensed use of the SmartCP software
• Citing SmartCP in case studies, testimonials, or documentation (with attribution)
• Displaying approved partner/reseller badges, if applicable

All permitted use must meet the following conditions:

• Marks must be reproduced exactly as provided
• Marks must not be altered, stylized, distorted, or combined with other graphics
• Use must not imply partnership or sponsorship if none exists
• Marks cannot be used in a derogatory or misleading context

Prohibited Use of SmartCP Trademarks

You may NOT:

• Use SmartCP Marks in your product names, domain names, ads, or company identity
• Register similar or confusingly similar marks
• Modify logos or create variations
• Use marks to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission
• Use marks on merchandise, software, or marketing materials without approval
• Use marks in a manner that damages SmartCP’s reputation or dilutes brand value

Trademark Usage by Partners & Licensees

Official partners and licensees will receive:

• A written Trademark License Agreement
• Access to SmartCP Brand Guidelines
• Rules for co-branding, marketing materials, and advertising usage

Partnership must be renewed and maintained in good standing. We reserve the right to revoke usage rights at any time for breach of policy or brand misuse.

Reporting Trademark Misuse

To report unauthorized, misleading, or harmful use of SmartCP trademarks, please contact: info@smartcp.org

Include:

• Your full name and organization
• Description of the suspected misuse
• URL, screenshots, or any supporting evidence

We will review the report and take appropriate action.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Trademark Policy periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. Any changes will take effect on the Effective date indicated at the top of this document.

Continued use of SmartCP Marks after such updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
