• SmartCP software code, architecture, modules, and system design
• Documentation, manuals, and training materials
• Website content, layouts, databases, and structures
• Logos, icons, infographics, and visual assets
• Text, images, videos, animations, UI/UX elements
• Marketing materials and product descriptions
• Any other creative works produced by or for SmartAction.io

All rights are reserved and protected under applicable international intellectual property laws and treaties.

Authorized Use of Copyrighted Materials

You may use SmartCP content only within the scope permitted by:

• a written license agreement,
• a subscription contract,
• Terms & Conditions, or
• explicit written permission from SmartCP.

License and Distribution

SmartAction.io Sp. z o.o. is the sole legal distributor and license holder of the SmartCP software products.
No third party is authorized to sell, sublicense, or distribute SmartCP unless explicitly approved through a written agreement.

Licenses are non-transferable unless otherwise stated and remain valid only if granted directly by SmartCP.

Reporting Copyright Violations

We take violations of our intellectual property rights seriously.

If you believe that any SmartCP materials are being used without authorization, please send a detailed notice to: info@smartcp.org

Include:

• Your name and contact details
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The exact location of the infringing content
• Evidence or documentation, if applicable

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate legal action.
